Is this a physical print or a digital download?

Everything in our shop is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. The moment you check out, you'll get a download link in your email and on the order confirmation page. You print the files yourself at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printer.

What sizes are included?

Each wall art listing tells you exactly which sizes are included. Our Set of 3 bundles include twenty different sizes for each print — five popular ratios (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, and ISO/A-series), with both inch and centimeter versions. One file fits almost every standard frame.

What's the best way to print these?

For sizes 11×14 and smaller, your home inkjet printer works beautifully on matte photo paper (200gsm or heavier). For larger sizes, we recommend a local print shop like Staples, Office Depot, or FedEx Office — or an online printer like Mpix, Printful, or Persnickety Prints. Ask for matte or satin paper. All our files are 300 DPI, ready for professional printing at any size listed.

Can I get a refund?

Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. But if anything is wrong with your file, or you can't get it to open, please email us within 30 days and we'll fix it the same day. We want you to actually love what you bought.

Can I use these for my own business or to resell?

Every download includes a personal-use license — print as many copies as you'd like for your home or to gift to family and friends. We just ask that you don't resell, redistribute, or use our designs in your own products. If you're interested in a commercial license, email us and we'll send you a quote.

Will the colors look the same when I print?

Screens and printers display colors a little differently. We've designed everything in soft, forgiving neutrals that look beautiful across a wide range of papers and printer settings. For the most accurate result, ask your printer for matte paper and standard sRGB color profile.

I can't find my download link — help!

First, check your spam folder. The email comes from a Shopify-powered sender so it sometimes lands there. If you still can't find it, email us at hello@ferozeaistudio.com with your order number and we'll re-send your link within a few hours. We answer every email personally.
